Our Project Managers are highly experienced in facilitating ideas and solutions, procuring and overseeing human and material resources – coordinating the many moving parts of a project, as well as managing budgets and timeframes to deliver a quality outcome for our Clients.

Acting as a communication pathway between our Clients and Contractors, we identify, analyse and advise of any potential risks or enhancement opportunities to deliver an optimal project.

We pride ourselves on transparency – providing honest and clear communication, especially for complex issues, to ensure clients are well informed and kept updated on key project developments.

Our in-house Engineering team have a proven track record of quality design and delivery on complex projects. We ensure designs meet National Construction Code and all necessary Australian Standards to provide Clients with RPEQ sign off, an essential prerequisite when seeking approvals.

APEC Projects have extensive Construction Management experience including administering contracts, reviewing and critiquing all construction safety, environment, quality and traffic plans.

We will be onsite as often as needed to oversee the process from breaking ground to project completion and cutting of the ribbon, to ensure construction Contractors meet all necessary quality and safety requirements.
