APEC Projects will pinpoint any project risks including potential for variations due to poor designs, or contracts that do not protect your interests. We will also identify the services and contractors that are required to deliver the work and best outcomes for our clients.
Our team can also assist with engaging and managing the necessary contractors to complete the work through our Construction Management Services.
Even if a project is already underway and experiencing problems, APEC Projects can provide advice to get the delivery back on track.
The Consultation Process
An initial consultation is the first step, and this is designed to help establish and evolve the project vision, determine key priorities, and budget requirements.
Our initial consultation is a set price and we provide face-to-face consultations in Central Cairns and site visits as required.
As part of the initial consultation, we recommend our services based on the size and complexity of the Client’s project. On selection of the desired services, a package and quote are then created for the Client.
The next step is to develop a personalised Delivery Plan which includes the selected services.
